CHANGE OF DATE FOR LITHUANIA VISIT - UPDATE

Hello all UK partners,
just to confirm that we have had to change the date of the visit to Lithuania. I have heard from Jerry that those that were intending to visit in July are still available for the new dates, these are:
August 22nd to 26th with our meetings on 23/24. These dates work around suitable flights from Liverpool to Kaunas.
All travel, accommodation and main meal costs will be met by the project.
Can all confirm that they are wishing to go to Lithuania by forwarding details for the tickets to me, as I will be making the bookings, by 29th June.
The information I require is:

Name as on passport
Date of birth
Nationality
Passport number

Please contact me asap if you have any questions, etc.
As some of you seem reluctant emailers can you pass this information around on the grapevine to any you think are interested.

3rd transnational visit Lithuanian

Hello all
if you are interested in joining the trip to Lithuania could you please let me know as soon as possible. There are restrictions on numbers but over three European visits (One to Lithuania and two to Romania) we can take 24 people. I know some of you have already indicated to either Jerry or myself that you are interested but to be fair to everyone can you please confirm that you wish to go by 8th June. (Names will be drawn out of a hat if we are oversubscribed for this visit) All main expenses will be paid by the project.
Dates:
Liverpool to Kaunas by Ryanair leaving 0700 and arriving 1140 on Wednesday 11th July and returning Sunday 15th July by 12.45pm

The 4th meeting will be in early October 2012 to Romania and the 5th and final meeting in Romania in late Spring 2013.

Evening meals on 25th and 26th
